About

About Us

At The Wellspring, therapy is more than problem-solving — it’s a process of renewal.

Founded by Dr. Sophia Nam, a licensed psychologist with international experience, The Wellspring offers evidence-based therapy and psychological assessment for adults, couples, and professionals.

Our approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to help clients move from survival mode toward sustainable growth and balance.

Life often asks us to present strength even when our inner world feels unbalanced, unseen, or misunderstood. Too many children and adults move through life having to look capable and composed on the outside while quietly struggling beneath the surface. At The Wellspring, our work helps people of all ages bridge this gap through thoughtful neuropsychological assessment and evidence-based therapy. At every step, individuals and families will come to understand the patterns beneath the surface and be supported in taking mindful steps toward sustainable change.
